IT4BI Management

The management of the programme is handled by a multi-level and shared responsibility organisation: a Coordination Office (CO), a Steering Committee (StrCo), a Selection Committee, an Internal Evaluation Committee, and an External Evaluation Committee (EvCo).

In addition, and in order to ensure equal commitment of partners, the IT4BI programme is implemented through the following 5 work-packages:

  • WP1: Overall management of the programme, including the academic aspects, coordinated by ULB,
  • WP2: Programme promotion and services to students, coordinated by UFRT,
  • WP3: Connection with socio-economic/industrial/scientific partners, including programme's sustainability, coordinated by ECP,
  • WP4: Application, selection, admission, and examination procedures, coordinated by UPC, and
  • WP5: Continuous quality assurance and evaluation, coordinated by TUB.
